2010 12'S, 13'S & 14'S GIRLS TRYOUTS
We will hold our 2010 Girls tryouts on Saturday, October 2nd. at the Arena directions. ● 12 and under tryouts will be from 2:00 to 4:00pm. * ● 13 and under as well as 14 and under tryouts will be from 4:00 to 6:00pm. * Make-up tryouts will be Monday, October 4th. from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Arena Tryout cost is $20.00 if you pre-register online and $25.00 without pre-registering. * Note: You must bring a signed copy of our Liability Release Form to the tryouts Register Online Download Liability Release Form
2010 BOYS' TRYOUTS updated 8/20/2010 Our 2010 Boys tryouts will be held on Monday, September 6th. starting at 7:00pm. Tryout cost is $20.00 if you pre-register online and $25.00 without pre-registering. Pac Jrs is offering volleyball specific workouts that target core and explosiveness. The workouts are much like the ones at Fluid and are conducted by long time personal trainer Sean. more info PRIVATE LESSONS WITH VIDEO ANALYSIS Pacific Juniors is offering private lessons with video analysis. The lessons will be filmed and analyzed afterwards to enhance technique. After the lesson, you will be given a copy of the lesson. Lesson time is 1 hr 15 min. Cost $70. Contact Sean Douglas for scheduling information. Regular private lessons are still available. PACIFIC JUNIORS SPIKER PROGRAM Pacific Juniors announces the start of its "Junior Spiker Program". The program has been designed for all girls and boys under the age of 14 interested in learning more about volleyball. The sessions will be held every Friday from 5 to 7PM starting February 5th. The cost of the program is $80.00 for one month or $25.00 for every session attended. Please contact Sean Douglas if you are interested in joining this program.
